It's all about Jack

Historically, hard apple cider was left outside in the coldest of the winter.  As the barrels froze, a golden liquor would separate from the watery ice. This sweet and strong "Jacked" up apple cider was carefully removed and would keep for years to come.  In this tradition we spend our winters carefully watching our Jack take shape.  Crafting and aging for 5 more years brings a drink we are proud to call Jack.  We hope you like it.
